ImMERSIVE DESIGNER
PRODUCT MANAGER
After trying a VR (The Secret Shop by Valve) for the first time five years ago I was blown away by its potential. I made it my mission to contribute in a meaningful way to XR spaces. Since then I have been continuously working to craft and deliver awesome XR products. I do this by:
est. 2014
//Establishing values and researching business goals that matter and endow meaning to our work.

//Leading in creating a collaborative & vulnerable work environment, where anyone can voice their concerns and ideas.

//Managing with compassion and empathy in multicultural and generationally diverse teams. Being brought up quadrilingual and being an outsider during most of my childhood has helped on this front.

//Drawing upon agile methodologies, research and wisdom from teammates to constantly reflect on and establish practices which work for the unique settings of every team & product.

//Utilising my graphic design, UX/UI and 3D modelling skills to synthesise ideas, communicate product vision & prototype.

In my spare time I enjoy reading speculative fiction, thinking about what the future holds for us & occasionally binge playing Echo Arena by Ready at Dawn.

What tools can I use?
I am by no means an expert in all of these but on and off throughout my career I have used:

Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Trello, Wrike, Miro, Squarespace, Shopify, Wordpress, Webflow, Typeform, Mailchimp, Lens Studio, Spark AR, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Z-Brush, Pixelmator, Notion, Inkscape, SideQuest, Hexels, Unity, Unreal, Github, Spline, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Marvel, Keynote, Powerpoint, Premier Pro, Printful, Scrum Methodologies.

I am pretty nimble when it comes to photography, videography & stage or installation design. I was also hired to be a V.O artist for H&M's VR training platform. Ultimately I try to adapt to the needs of every project and contribute to moving it forward in every way possible.

What am I playing?
On mobile I recently re-played Inside and Creaks, though I actually think both those games deserve to be enjoyed on a larger screen.

My favourite board-game at the moment is Wingspan + all its expansions. I do not get tired of this game since the play is so different for every match.

VR games I have enjoyed are a Fisherman's Tale for sparking joy and for more regular play Echo Arena. Of course, I was also impressed by Half Life Alyx and looking forward to this quality of development expanding across VR hardware and software.

What am I reading?
My most recent reads for specworlds.com were Dune & The New Wilderness.

Outside of speculative fiction my favourite read so far has been the Examined Life: How we lose and find ourselves.
