Echo VR: Logos for VR e-sports team

Here I had some fun with logos for an e-sports team going to the VR leagues finals in Leicester.

Though initially called Backlash they changed their name to Ouorboros before the tournament so I had to make a quick adaptation.

The game is called Echo Arena and consists of two teams which fly around in 0 gravity scoring into goals. You can move faster by pulling yourself off other teammates in succession. It is really fun and dynamic play in VR.

The game has evolved a lot during the years. The original 3D robot avatar models are seriously stunning and the movements mechanics though challenging extremely rewarding. It is also a game that early on designed the 3D characters so that any gender could relate to them. Leaving space between the muscles of the arms and legs which allowed others to fill in the gaps relative to themselves.
